Shipping and Returns

Domestic and international orders are processed and shipped within one business day of receiving the completed order. We ship via FedEx, UPS and the United States Postal Service.

We take every precaution to ensure our products arrive at your door in perfect condition, however if a title arrives damaged, Bluegrass will gladly replace the damaged item if we are notified immediately regarding the problem and the book is returned to us within thirty days of purchase. Bluegrass Publishing will refund your shipping cost along with the replacement title.

Occasionally errors occur at the book printer or bindery that we are unaware of. We appologize for the inconvenience if you should receive one of these imperfect books and will gladly replace the book, and refund your shipping cost, if the title is returned to us within thirty days of purchase.
